Biography

I'm Danielle (Ella). I'm sixteen years old and a junior in high school. I am very much a reader, which you'll learn soon enough. I'm a quiz bowl member and a Sunday School teacher. I've got an awesome youth group made up of amazingly funny people. My friends recently got me hooked on the Olympics...especially men's swimming (Michael Phelps... Ryan Lochte... Ian Crocker) and gymnastics (Nastia and Shawn). I'm addicted to watching the TV show Bones... maybe you are too, if not... you should be. Also anything on FOX news channel and Glenn Beck.

Fanfiction

Harry Potter fanfiction is my guilty pleasure, I admit, and I spend a lot of time reading new stories along with rereading some of my favorites (basically anything by BeeDaily). I'm always open to reading new fics, so if you know of a good one, let me know. I'd be very greatful.

I write a bit of fanfiction now and then, I always have the intention to write more, but never get around to it. eek. I just started a new drabble collection called 'From the Sock Drawer', you should read it. Most of the stories with probably be J/L fics, since they are my favorite, but I thought that I would start it off with a Tom Riddle, Sr./Merope Gaunt drabble. I love getting reviews, so if you could just take the time to write something... good or bad. If anything, you could correct my grammar (especially my semicolon and comma usage). ^_^ Sorry there hasn't been an update in a while. I'm currently juggling work, school, homework, church, and writing... So, obviously, fan fiction takes the hit when you hardly have enough time to sleep.

I also have a story that I wrote about a year ago called 'Feel the Rain.' I like it, I guess, but I'm a bit biased.

Literature

I love reading and I spend most of my time doing that. I (obviously) love Harry Potter and have been reading it for years. The Twilight Saga is a new favorite of mine. I read Karen Kingsbury books far too often and have a bit of an obsession with Justin Baker and Cody Coleman. I read quite a bit of Christian fiction, including Karen Kingsbury, the Left Behind series, Dee Henderson, Terri Blackstock, Lori Wick, etc. I read some Henry James, Jane Austen, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, C.S. Lewis, Margaret Mitchell,etc.
