I think my status should be "Diabolically British".

Far more entertaining, I digress.

I like the "*hitting self*" status. I always imagine Angel doing *headdesk*. Amuses me. =D

I have got to get my head out of anime. I saw that "staring at a Nimbus" and my mind went to Dragonball Z. It took me a couple of seconds to remember, oh yeah, the broom. This is Harry Potter, not a strange Japanese cartoon from the eighties/nineties.

...Dude. What if they made a Harry Potter anime? I would laugh until I cried.

There is a fan project...I saw it a long time ago, a teaser. It was very cool, though.

Oh my God, a Harry Potter anime. *dies* That would be absurdly dreadful.

I'm a Gohan fangirl myself. He's such a dork. I love him.

It would be amazing and you know it! Can you imagine it? It'd be like a British Sailor Moon, only with a guy in the lead role he can still keep the pretty transformation sequence, though. How awesome would that be?

Okay, completely hijacking this back to the diabolically British thing (but I'm allowed, see, cause it's the hijacking forum). I'm playing Regan in King Lear right now and I just came across one of THE best lines I think Shakespeare ever wrote. Ready for this?

"Wilt thou draw thy sword?"

"Verily, that is what she hath said."

*dies*

I always liked the "Bring me my longsword, ho!" (or whatever. I hated Romeo and Juliet and haven't read it since I was forced to).

Ugh. I have discovered the true bowels of the internet, and it contains Rugrats twincest. And not the oh-look-teenage-Rugrats part, either. *shudder*

What. The. Dickens.

I don't get what sort of people sit down to watch Nickelodeon and think "oh hai that would make some goooood p0rn."

As for Shakespeares [numerous] sexual innuendos, I'm the only one that laughs at them in English class. There's one in Love's Labor's Lost that's absolutely fantastic. They sit there for a good ten minutes talking about the sex they had before and, to the untrained viewer, it seems they're talking about dancing.

Me neither. It's a terrible thing to try to imagine. Guys, RUGRATS! It's a thing that REALLY don't have ANY sexual subtext.

It's like that people who see Charlie Bit Me! and say there's child abuse.

Sick, disturbed, screwed up human beings. Pff.

I clicked on the link for that Charlie Bit Me video. It's cute to see a little kid with a British accent.

Also, it's pretty dead around here, innit? Isn't it summer or nearing summer for you northern hemisphere peeps? If no one else is going to post I'll start talking movies again. I just finished watching P.S I Love You and had no warning warning for the scene where Denny from Grey's Anatomy walks in butt naked. That was a nice surprise. Oh and don't watch Game Plan with The Rock in it. It sucks pretty badly.

Hehe, I went to see P.S. I Love You in the theaters with my friend, both of us are obsessed with Grey's, and suddenly there he is and it's like "Oh...Denny...naked...with a Scottish accent...okay."

I get pretty stunned every time I see him somewhere. I watch neither Weeds nor Supernatural, but for some reason I've managed to catch bits of both where he showed up.

I watched Wall•E last weekend. It was adorable! I was exhausted and slept through most of it, but I don't blame the movie *grins* The Apple references (sounds, design, colours) made me grin.

Wall-E WAS adorable, I must admit. I felt like i was being beaten over the head with the moral, but I guess kids movies are always like that and you don't notice untl you're older or whatever. There also happened to be some definite flaws in logic, but... still, it was pretty cute.

I think that one hasn't even come out here. I saw Kung Fu Panda today. It wasn't special in any way, but it was entertaining, especially because Sebastian enjoyed himself a lot. You always laugh a lot more if the person next to you is also laughing.

That is very true. I saw the Panda trailer, and thought it looked very 'meh'—well, all the trailers before Wall•E were extremely 'meh.' Come on, Space Chimps? Why would someone create that movie?
