I thought he was such a tool in Eclipse. I can't remember much of New Moon. I like to block out traumatic experiences.

I'm rereading the series with the LJ community sortofbeautiful, so I don't remember all of the books but I'm sure my memory will be refreshed.

Alice is the only redeeming thing in the entire series.

JacobJacobJacob. Leah. The entire Quileute pack! ...Jasper! Rosalie! Emmett!

...I like a lot of things about the series, many little details, but since 90% of the books is Bella bitching and Edward sparkling, I still carry disdain for them.

Jacob = Meh. He's better than Edward, but he really doesn't do anything for me.

I can't even remember my honest opinion of Jacob anymore. All I know is that he's better than Edward and I will argue that point to the death, but mostly it's been warped by the J/B worship of him. I don't even remember if I honestly liked him or not.

I did like Alice, though. And Emmett.

I remember disliking him in New Moon, and thinking that he was better in Eclipse—but like you, I get so focused on insisting that he's better than Edward (which, let's face it, isn't saying much) that I cannot remember if I actually liked him as a character.

And I'll be damned if I reread Twilight for whatever reason.

Yeah, I concur with Kali and Christy.

And indeed, Alice is pretty much the best thing to happen to Twilight.

Alice, Rosalie, and Leah are awesome. The rest are just...meh (and blech).

I don't get the Alice attraction. I think I don't like any of them.

I like Alice because she reminds me of Tonks, Rosalie because her backstory is awesome, and Leah because she's a fierce bitch.

I agree with the Alice/Tonks thing. I always think that!

I would never have compared Alice to Tonks. I mean, Tonks is some kind of tomboy for me, and Alice is that little chirpy pixie girl who likes to buy designer fashion and use Bella as her personal barbie.

I concur. I thought Alice's perkiness was annoying, but when you put it like that, Kali... *laughs* I like Rosalie for being ~fierce~ and generally blowing Bella off.

Oh my, I skipped over most of this page because I think there are spoilers. I still haven't finished 'New Moon'. T_T Fictionpress never seemed more appealing than it, until now. I'm procrastinating from reading it. Man I am sad.

Cleolinda has summed up most of my feelings about Rosalie. I don't dislike her, like Bella and Edward, but that's about it.

Cleolinda should really do a m15m of Twilight. That way I wouldn't have to read it ever!
